PAMELA ROSE | WELLNESS LIFE COACH
You don't have to do this alone.
I'm an ME/Chronic Fatigue Wellness Coach who can help you improve how you're living with this condition, and ultimately move you towards recovery.
As someone who has successfully recovered from this debilitating illness myself, I offer a structured yet personal perspective to my approach. Please click on the ME/Chronic Fatigue tab above to find out more.
I'm based in Bristol, UK but work with clients all over the country, and overseas, thanks to webcam technology. Please get in touch if you'd like a chat about how I can help.
My passion is helping people to help themselves. We all have an amazing natural supply of resourcefulness, but sometimes we need help to recognise and access it. I'm here to help you unlock your potential and achieve your goals - whether they be health, lifestyle or relationship focused.
My personal experience of leading my own recovery from M.E./Chronic Fatigue Syndrome means that I'm particularly drawn to helping those who are positively tackling similar conditions. But I take great pride in helping a variety of people achieve a range of goals and improvements.

What People Say
I started a coaching programme with Pamela in December 2020 and I can honestly say that reaching out to her has been one of the best things I’ve done in a long time.
I would recommend Pamela to anyone who is looking for support in unlocking their potential and realigning their thought process to ensure they get the most from each situation that they are presented with in life.
I was feeling a bit overwhelmed with how busy my life can be and wanted to see if Pamela could help me with this. She talked though my issues in a non judgemental way offering questions to make me assess and rethink my approach to some areas I was was struggling with. I felt very supported while making my own decisions with Pamela giving me a different perspective and way of looking at things. I liked the techniques she used, such as the visual timeline. It helped me to prioritise and gain a real insight into why I was feeling a certain way.
Being supported by someone who has lived through and recovered from CFS has given me so much hope, when I had all but given up.
