I am 100% committed to protecting your identity and information you share with me.
Section A: the information I collect, hold and process
Your personal information is given to me in the knowledge that it will not be shared with anyone else. This information will be stored in a secure place where access will be password protected.
I will hold information about you such as your:
Permanent residential address
Date of birth
Section B: how I use your personal information
Your information about you and any notes I takes during our sessions will be kept securely in accordance with the relevant data protection legislation and subject to my duty of confidentiality and will not be shared with any third party except if they are required by law or by any regulatory body.
I use your information to:
Enable me to provide you with a Wellness Life Coaching service
Maintain my own accounts and records
Comply with legal regulatory requirements
Section C: the legal basis for processing this information
I will safeguard your confidential information and protect it against disclosure, misuse, espionage, loss and theft. Once any paper documentation is not in use it will be shredded and destroyed. Any electronic data will be deleted seven years from the termination of our working relationship.
I collect information in order to:
Perform my contractual obligation to you when providing a coaching service.
Pursue my legitimate interests providing coaching services, except where such interests are overridden by your interests, rights or freedom
Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Section D: shared information
Information not known to the public relating to your wellbeing or personal affairs, will not be disclosed or revealed to anyone including doctors or any other relevant profession without your written permission. This is very rare and is required by my code of ethics.
I may share your personal information when:
There is serious risk of harm to you or others
When required to do so by law
My coaching supervisor/mentor (names are anonymised)
I WILL NOT share your information with anyone else for any marketing purposes.
Section E: communication
If agreed, I will correspond with you by the means of email or the phone. We each agree to accept the risks of using email including but not limited to the risk of viruses, interception and unauthorised access.
Section F: security and storage of information
I will keep a record of when and how I gained your consent from you as an individual and store this in a secure place. However, on request from you as the client I will respect your right for your data to be erased.
Section G: your rights
You can always contact me if you wish to exercise any of your rights and data protection law also gives you the right to complain in relation to any processing of your data and any breach of your rights.

Be informed on how I obtain and use your information
Ask for a copy of the information I hold on you
Have your information rectified
Request me to restrict the processing of your personal data
Have your information erased (right to be forgotten) unless it is required to comply with legal obligations or to conduct a legal claim
Lodge a complaint with the information with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), with whom I am registered:
