About me

Inspiring change

15 - living best life in spain.jpeg

Back in 2008 when I decided to leave my corporate career and retrain, there was no 'Fatigue Coaching' course that I could sign up for. Indeed, as far as I'm aware, I was the very first Fatigue Coach to exist! So instead I pieced together various qualifications and further studies in order to feel that I could provide what my clients needed, in a professional and knowledgeable way. I hold a Level 5 diploma in Performance Coaching and have also gained qualifications in Neuro Linguistic Planning (NLP) and Applied Neuroplasticity.

Of course, what I hadn't realised back then was that by far the best knowledge that I'd gather would be from the vast numbers of fatigue journeys that I had close insight to. I've now personally guided well over 700 fatigue journeys and this gives me such a helpful breadth of view to allow me to shape the help I give you as successfully as possible.

I love helping people to improve their lives, whatever it is they're looking to achieve. When I'm not working I love to get outdoors and explore the countryside with my husband in Doris our tiny retro caravan, and we also love to travel overseas when possible. I'm also slowly restoring my beloved 1971 Morris Minor car - he's the same age as me!

My passion is helping people to help themselves. We all have an amazing natural supply of resourcefulness, but sometimes we need help to recognise and access it. I'm here to help you unlock your potential and achieve your goals - whether they be health, lifestyle or relationship focused.

My personal experience of leading my own recovery from M.E./Chronic Fatigue Syndrome means that I'm particularly drawn to helping those who are positively tackling similar conditions. But I take great pride in helping a variety of people achieve a range of goals and improvements.
