My passion is helping people to help themselves. We all have an amazing natural supply of resourcefulness, but sometimes we need help to recognise and access it. I'm here to help you unlock your potential and achieve your goals - whether they be health, lifestyle or relationship focused.
My personal experience of leading my own recovery from M.E./Chronic Fatigue Syndrome means that I'm particularly drawn to helping those who are positively tackling similar conditions. But I take great pride in helping a variety of people achieve a range of goals and improvements.
I hold a Level 5 diploma in Performance Coaching, and I am accredited by the National Council of Psychotherapists (NCP). The NCP also recognise my neuro linguistic programming (NLP) credentials and I incorporate relevant tools into my coaching sessions when appropriate.
I love helping people to improve their lives, whatever it is they're looking to achieve. When I'm not working I love to get outdoors and explore the countryside with my husband in our campervan, and we also love to travel overseas when possible. I'm also slowly restoring my beloved 1971 Morris Minor car - he's the same age as me!
