Helping you cope with
chronic fatigue to regain
a life worth living again.

Living a life that feels worthwhile can feel out of reach when you’re crippled by fatigue. It can be difficult to find a way to cope with even the basics of everyday life.

Being struck down by a condition such as ME/CFS, post viral fatigue or other fatigue-related conditions like fibromyalgia, can leave you feeling robbed of the life you deserve. Tasks, once effortless, now feel insurmountable. You’re often unable to get through the simplest of actions without an energy crash.

You’re likely feeling hopeless and scared this limited version of life is all that’s on offer to you now. You didn’t ask for this. You deserve to find a way to cope better and regain quality of life.

I get it. I understand exactly how you feel, because I’ve been there too. And I’ve come out of the other side. I was diagnosed with ME/CFS in 2010. No-one understood what I was going through or how to help me cope.

That’s why I set up Pamela Rose Coaching. As a fully qualified performance coach with NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) I now lead clients, from the point of despair, to getting back on their feet and learning how to cope with life again.

It was a relief to find Pamela and to get support from someone who truly understands what I’m going through.  She’s been skilful in asking the right questions and offering advice or gentle challenge. She gave me the tools I needed at the right time to allow me to get some control over my fatigue which has enabled me to make different choices at times.

Pamela's help and guidance through our sessions has helped me through a rollercoaster of emotions and has taught me how to accept, cope and manage having CFS - to a point where I am now in a much more positive space and believe it is possible I can overcome this.
