If you've landed on this page, it's because you've been referred to me by Dr Paul Glynne at the Physician Clinic. I’ve had the pleasure of supporting many of Dr Glynne’s patients over the past five years, and our combined areas of expertise have helped many people achieve wonderful improvements.

Working Together

Due to the demand for my 1:1 coaching, I typically have a waiting list. But I'm pleased to confirm that I reserve a portion of my capacity specifically for patients referred by Dr Glynne and do what I can to prioritise anyone he sends to me. However even my Dr Glynne list can have a bit of a wait time on occasion! So thank you for your patience if we can’t get started for a few weeks.
 

To help me manage my capacity and provide you with the most effective support, I offer a tailored fatigue rescue package to
Dr Glynne’s patients, outlined below. This package ensures that you get priority access to my diary and valuable resources to begin working with while you await your first session.

Access to my Fatigue Reset: How to Crack Pacing on-demand course 

This course introduces you to my energy management method and is a great way to start your journey before our sessions begin. It reduces the number of sessions you may need and helps ensure our time together is focused and impactful from the outset
 

4 x 1:1 Coaching Sessions (60 minutes, held via Zoom or other video platform)

Our sessions will be tailored to your unique needs—there’s no one-size-fits-all approach here. We’ll agree on a session schedule that feels right for you as we go along
 

Email Support Between Sessions 

You’ll have access to my support between sessions for those times when questions or challenges pop up outside our regular appointments. (Fair use applies—I welcome occasional contact, and if you find you need more frequent support, we can bring your next session forward.) 
 

One Month’s Free Access to My Support Group 

You’ll receive a complimentary month in my private Fatigue Rescue Encouragement Group (hosted on Facebook at present). This includes daily content, monthly live Q&As, and ongoing support—ideal for continuing to benefit from my help in a  more affordable way once you no longer need my 1:1 coaching help. (Standard price, if you wish to continue: £30/month)

Prefer to Start with a Single Session? 

If you’d like to get to know me and my approach before committing to a package, you’re welcome to book a one-off session (£180). If you choose to continue, you can simply top up the remaining balance. 

 

Want to continue once the package is complete?

I aim to equip you with the tools and insight to continue making progress independently—many clients find this package is all they need. However, one or two additional sessions can be added later at £180 per session, if needed.

How this package works in practice

No two journeys are the same, and so we’ll use your package in the way that feels right for you. But here are some examples of how the package might be tailored, depending on your current situation: 

 

Example 1: You’re new to your fatigue health challenge, or have been on the journey for a while but are yet to achieve improvements:
 

  • Begin with the Fatigue Reset course 

  • In sessions, we’ll work through my Life Rescue Framework to help identify what initial adjustments will support your progress and get life feeling easier again

  • Our first two sessions may be a week or two apart, in order to keep some momentum going; but after that they’d usually be spaced out to every 3 or 4 weeks

  • At the end of your fourth session we’ll discuss whether you’d like to bolt on one or two further coaching calls - if resources permit, this is often helpful.

 

Example 2: You’ve achieved improvements to your fatigue challenge, but things have stalled:
 

  • Start with the Fatigue Reset course (it’s very likely you’ll find new tweaks to pacing strategies you thought you’d already mastered!) 

  • We'll use the Life Rescue Framework in our first session to check you're on track with foundational habits 

  • Sessions may be spaced 3–4 weeks apart, with new strategies to try in between 

  • We’ll assess at the end of the package to see if one or two additional sessions would be helpful.

 

 

Example 3: You’re doing well, but struggling with the final stages of recovery
 

  • Begin with my Fatigue Reset course—a fresh perspective and small tweaks can often spark big improvements 

  • We may use my Life Restart Framework, ideal for navigating the later stages of recovery 

  • Sessions may start monthly and extend to every 6 weeks over time

  • Most clients at this stage don’t need more than the four sessions—but more can be added if needed.
